Put the oatmeal in a blender with plant-based milk, protein powder, espresso, banana, chia seeds, baking powder, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Blend until smooth.
Use an oven dish and add the butter to it. Put the dish in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Mix the vegetable quark with the vanilla in the bowl.
When the baked oats come out of the oven, spread the cottage cheese over it and then sprinkle with the cocoa powder.
Finish the baked oats with some fresh fruit and toasted almond shavings.
