  • 60 g oatmeal
  • 1 banana
  • 180 ml plant-based milk
  • 1 espresso
  • 1 tbsp vegan protein blend chocolate
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 100 g vegetable curd
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • fresh fruit, almond shavings

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Put the oatmeal in a blender with plant-based milk, protein powder, espresso, banana, chia seeds, baking powder, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Use an oven dish and add the butter to it. Put the dish in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  • Mix the vegetable quark with the vanilla in the bowl.
  • When the baked oats come out of the oven, spread the cottage cheese over it and then sprinkle with the cocoa powder.
  • Finish the baked oats with some fresh fruit and toasted almond shavings.
