Baked Tiramisu with Oats

- 60 g oatmeal
- 1 banana
- 180 ml plant-based milk
- 1 espresso
- 1 tbsp vegan protein blend chocolate
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 100 g vegetable curd
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- fresh fruit, almond shavings

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Put the oatmeal in a blender with plant-based milk, protein powder, espresso, banana, chia seeds, baking powder, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend until smooth.
- Use an oven dish and add the butter to it. Put the dish in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- Mix the vegetable quark with the vanilla in the bowl.
- When the baked oats come out of the oven, spread the cottage cheese over it and then sprinkle with the cocoa powder.
- Finish the baked oats with some fresh fruit and toasted almond shavings.
