Soak chickpeas and fava beans overnight. Drain the chickpeas and pat dry with kitchen paper.
Add chickpeas and fava beans into a food processor along with the onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, and a little salt. Blend until fairly smooth, then shape into four patties with the baking molds.
Bake in the oven until ready.
Garnish with the Tarator sauce, fresh veggies and herbs.
Tarator sauce
For the tarator sauce add to the blended sesame (the tahini) some squeezed lemons, a little bit of water, 1 garlic clove, and a tablespoon of cumin and salt.
