Instructions
Preparation
Peel a sweet potato cut into pieces, and steam until soft.
Put the oatmeal and almonds in the high-performance blender and puree.
Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency.
Bake the brownies in the oven at 180 degrees (convection) for about 30 minutes.
For the chocolate icing, use some coconut oil and cocoa powder and a sweetener of your choice. I use maple syrup.
Pour the cocoa frosting over the brownies and chill.
