Delicious Sweet Potato Brownies

  • 500 g sweet potato
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 100 g almonds
  • 10 dates
  • 35 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 pinch salt, vanilla, cinnamon

Preparation

  • Peel a sweet potato cut into pieces, and steam until soft.
  • Put the oatmeal and almonds in the high-performance blender and puree.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency.
  • Bake the brownies in the oven at 180 degrees (convection) for about 30 minutes.
  • For the chocolate icing, use some coconut oil and cocoa powder and a sweetener of your choice. I use maple syrup.
  • Pour the cocoa frosting over the brownies and chill.
