  • 40 g hulled tahini
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 400 g tin of chickpeas, drained & rinsed Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 large fresh beetroot, peeled and cut in half
  • 1 tbsp cumin, ground
  • 1 tbsp coriander ground
  • 1/2 tbsp smoked smoked paprika
  • 20 g extra virgin olive oil
  • salt,pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place garlic into the Thermocook bowl & process for 2 seconds/speed 7.
  • Add all remaining ingredients & chop for 10 seconds/speed 5 or until desired consistency is reached.
  • Sprinkle with extra paprika and a drizzle of olive oil to serve.
  • Perfect with pita chips, flatbread, or raw veggies.
