large fresh beetroot, peeled and cut in half

coriander ground

smoked smoked paprika

extra virgin olive oil
salt,pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preparation
Place garlic into the Thermocook bowl & process for 2 seconds/speed 7.
Add all remaining ingredients & chop for 10 seconds/speed 5 or until desired consistency is reached.
Sprinkle with extra paprika and a drizzle of olive oil to serve.
Perfect with pita chips, flatbread, or raw veggies.
