1 Minute Beetroot Hummus

- 40 g hulled tahini
- 1 garlic clove
- 400 g tin of chickpeas, drained & rinsed Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1/2 large fresh beetroot, peeled and cut in half
- 1 tbsp cumin, ground
- 1 tbsp coriander ground
- 1/2 tbsp smoked smoked paprika
- 20 g extra virgin olive oil
- salt,pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preparation
- Place garlic into the Thermocook bowl & process for 2 seconds/speed 7.
- Add all remaining ingredients & chop for 10 seconds/speed 5 or until desired consistency is reached.
- Sprinkle with extra paprika and a drizzle of olive oil to serve.
- Perfect with pita chips, flatbread, or raw veggies.
