- watermelon
- lime juice
- cayenne pepper

Preparation
- Slice up your watermelon into batons of equal width, ideally about 1/2cm thick + place on your baking paper-lined dehydrator tray.
- Squeeze lime juice over the top and sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
- Dehydrate at 50°C for 10 hours or so, until your watermelon is dried out.
- Enjoy!
