Roasted Paprika Tomato Soup Recipe

- 700 g roma tomatoes
- 4 kapia peppers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 30 ml olive oil
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 vegetable stock cubes
- sambal oelek to taste
- 500 ml water
- salt, pepper
- fresh basil

Preparation
- Then preheat the oven to 200 degrees hot air/grid setting.
- Start by cutting the tomatoes and peppers in half. Remove the seeds from the pointed peppers and skin the garlic.
- Place the tomatoes, peppers and garlic in a baking dish and divide the olive oil, salt, pepper and orgasmic herbs over it.
- Roast the veggies until well brown.
- Then let it cool down for a while.
- Add the roasted tomatoes, bell pepper and garlic to a blender. Also add more salt, pepper, crumbled stock cubes, Worcestershire sauce, sambal oelek and water and blend this into a smooth soup.
- Serve the soup with some cream, black pepper, chilli flakes and fresh basil.
