Roasted Paprika Tomato Soup Recipe

  • 700 g roma tomatoes
  • 4 kapia peppers
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 vegetable stock cubes
  • sambal oelek to taste
  • 500 ml water
  • salt, pepper
  • fresh basil

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Then preheat the oven to 200 degrees hot air/grid setting.
  • Start by cutting the tomatoes and peppers in half. Remove the seeds from the pointed peppers and skin the garlic.
  • Place the tomatoes, peppers and garlic in a baking dish and divide the olive oil, salt, pepper and orgasmic herbs over it.
  • Roast the veggies until well brown.
  • Then let it cool down for a while.
  • Add the roasted tomatoes, bell pepper and garlic to a blender. Also add more salt, pepper, crumbled stock cubes, Worcestershire sauce, sambal oelek and water and blend this into a smooth soup.
  • Serve the soup with some cream, black pepper, chilli flakes and fresh basil.
  • Enjoy!
