Quick Green Juice Without Juicer

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sized cucumbers
  • 2 cup seedless green grapes
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • 300 ml water

Preparation

  1. Prepare the ingredients by washing the cucumbers, grapes, and mint leaves. Cut the cucumbers into small chunks for easier blending.
  2. Open the Thermocook Essential and place the cucumber chunks and seedless green grapes into the blending jar.
  3. Add the mint leaves, sugar, and water to the blending jar.
  4. Start the blending process and let it run for about 1 minute or until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined.
  5. Slowly pour the freshly blended green juice over the ice, allowing it to chill and mix with the ice.
  6. Take a moment to garnish the green juice with a mint leaf or cucumber slice, if desired.
