  • 20 g fresh yeast or 7g sachet instant yeast
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 200 ml tomato paste
  • 1 tsp of oregano
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 pinch of olive oil

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 240°C and cover a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Attach the kneading tool and add 25cl of water and yeast.
  • Mix at speed 5 for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Add the flour, salt, and two tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Cut the slices of ham in four, then cut the mushrooms and mozzarella. Once the dough is the ready shape it and put it on the baking paper. Add the tomato paste and the oregano. Now add the mozzarella, the ham, and the mushrooms. Drizzle some olive oil on the pizza. Cook in the oven for about 15 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
