- 80 g salted butter
- 80 g sugar
- 180 g flour
- 1 egg
- 100 g chocolate chips
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter

- Preheat the oven to 180°C. The butter must be at room temperature and really soft.
- Put the butter into the bowl. Then add all the other ingredients except for the chocolate chips. Blend at speed 5 for 5 seconds. Now add the chocolate chips and mix for 3 seconds at speed 5.
- With the help of the palm of your hand, shape the cookies then put them onto a baking tray, lined with parchment paper. Cook in the oven for about 12 minutes.
