Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 4 carrots
  • 4 cm ginger
  • 3 cm turmeric

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Remove the skin from the pineapple. Then cut the flesh into quarters and cut out the hard inside. Cut the pineapple into pieces.
  • Wash or peel the carrots and cut them into smaller pieces if necessary.
  • Cut a piece off the top and bottom of the oranges, then slice off the rind.
  • Cut the ginger into pieces.
  • Add all ingredients to the juicer and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
  • Enjoy your delicious and energizing morning juice!
