Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 35 cm ginger
  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 lemons

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by removing the skin from the pineapple. Then, cut the pineapple into quarters and remove the hard inner core. Cut the pineapple into smaller, manageable pieces.
  • Cut a small piece off the top and bottom of the oranges. Place one of the flattened sides of the orange on the cutting board and slice off the rind, following the curve of the fruit. Repeat this step with the lemons as well.
  • Cut the ginger into smaller pieces, making it easier to juice.
  • Now, it's time to juice all the ingredients. Add the prepared pineapple, oranges, lemons, and ginger pieces to your juicer. Make sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for your specific juicer model.
  • Turn on the juicer and let it extract the juice from all the ingredients. Allow the juice to flow into a container or directly into small shot-sized glasses.
  • Once you have juiced all the ingredients, store the ginger shots in the refrigerator. Alternatively, you can freeze them for later use if desired.
  • To enjoy the pineapple ginger shots, simply take one shot in the morning or whenever you need a refreshing boost of flavours . These shots are packed with the goodness of ginger and the tropical sweetness of pineapple, along with the tangy notes from the oranges and lemons.
