  • 1 frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 handful ice

  • In the blender, add the banana, frozen pineapple, coconut milk, coconut yogurt, hemp seeds, and ice.
  • Secure the lid of the blender and blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Pause and scrape down the sides of the blender, if needed, to ensure everything is evenly blended.
  • Once the desired consistency is reached, pour the healthy Pina Colada Smoothie into glasses.
  • Optional: Garnish with a pineapple slice or a sprinkle of shredded coconut for an extra tropical touch.
