Healthy Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 handful ice

Preparation

  1. In the blender, add the banana, frozen pineapple, coconut milk, coconut yogurt, hemp seeds, and ice.
  2. Secure the lid of the blender and blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Pause and scrape down the sides of the blender, if needed, to ensure everything is evenly blended.
  4. Once the desired consistency is reached, pour the healthy Pina Colada Smoothie into glasses.
  5. Optional: Garnish with a pineapple slice or a sprinkle of shredded coconut for an extra tropical touch.
