Halloween Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp mayo
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • lemon juice
  • food colouring for the eggs

Preparation

  1. After you’ve boiled the eggs, crack them! Add them to coloured water.
  2. Cut them in half use the yellow for the mousse and the whites to fill them up.
  3. Place the yolks, avocado, mayo, lemon and mustard and blend on high speed until smooth.
  4. That’s it! Fill up the egg whites with the mixture and serve cool!
  5. Enjoy!
