Halloween Deviled Eggs

- 6 eggs
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp mayo
- 1 tbsp mustard
- lemon juice
- food colouring for the eggs
Instructions
Preparation
- After you've boiled the eggs, crack them! Add them to coloured water.
- Cut them in half use the yellow for the mousse and the whites to fill them up.
- Place the yolks, avocado, mayo, lemon and mustard and blend on high speed until smooth.
- That's it! Fill up the egg whites with the mixture and serve cool!
