
Easy Homemade Pizza Dough From Scratch

- 1.5 kg all purpose flour
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 cup greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar

Preparation
- Start off by adding the water, yeast and sugar into the stand mixer bowl and set aside for a few minutes until the yeast starts to froth.
- Next add in the yoghurt, oil and salt into the bowl. Then sift in the flour into the bowl and attach the dough hook to the stand mixer and turn onto setting 2-3 at first then onto setting 6-7 for at least 5 minutes.
- Remove the dough and spray the bowl with some oil and then place the dough back into the bowl and cover and set aside in a warm place for at least an hour.
- Once the dough has risen, then punch out the air and roll onto a floured surface and add whatever toppings you like. Enjoy!
