Easy and Delicious Choco Tofu Mousse Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 g silken tofu
  • 120 g 70% dark chocolate
  • 25-30 g vegetable drink
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (or agave)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch vanilla
  • chopped hazelnuts

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, and pour it into a blender along with all the ingredients.
  2. Blend until you get a soft mousse.
  3. Fill the bowls or glasses and decorate them with coarsely crumbled hazelnuts.
  4. Before serving, let it harden in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  5. Enjoy!
