Easy and Delicious Choco Tofu Mousse Recipe

- 200 g silken tofu
- 120 g 70% dark chocolate
- 25-30 g vegetable drink
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (or agave)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch vanilla
- chopped hazelnuts
Instructions
Preparation
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, and pour it into a blender along with all the ingredients.
- Blend until you get a soft mousse.
- Fill the bowls or glasses and decorate them with coarsely crumbled hazelnuts.
- Before serving, let it harden in the refrigerator for about an hour.
