Chocolate Peanut Butter Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 75 g oatmeal
  • 200 ml vegetable milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp pure chocolate chips
  • coconut yoghurt
  • raspberries

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Put the oatmeal in a blender together with the vegetable milk, banana, chia seeds, baking powder, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Use a baking dish and add half of the batter to it. Put the tablespoon of peanut butter and chocolate chips in the middle and then pour the rest of the batter over it.
  5. Put the dish in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  6. Finish with some coconut yoghurt and fresh raspberries.
