  • 40 g gluten-free oatmeal
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 50 g coconut/vegetable yoghourt
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or to taste
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Put all ingredients in a blender. Puree the batter until there are no more lumps.
  • Heat a good non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add a heap of batter to the pan.
  • Bake the pancake until bubbles form on the top of the pancake and the spatula goes easily under the pancake. Then turn the pancake over and fry it for 1 minute on this side.
  • Continue until all your batter is used.
  • Serve your pancakes with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
