Chocolate Pancakes

- 40 g gluten-free oatmeal
- 1 ripe banana
- 50 g coconut/vegetable yoghourt
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup or to taste
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Preparation
- Put all ingredients in a blender. Puree the batter until there are no more lumps.
- Heat a good non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add a heap of batter to the pan.
- Bake the pancake until bubbles form on the top of the pancake and the spatula goes easily under the pancake. Then turn the pancake over and fry it for 1 minute on this side.
- Continue until all your batter is used.
- Serve your pancakes with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
