  • 1.5 cup dried chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprica
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 2-3 small red chilli
  • 2-3 gloves garlic
  • 150 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp tahini

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • 1.5 cups dried chickpeas soak for 8 hours. Drain, rinse add to saucepan with water. Bring to boil and simmer for 1-1.5 hours.
  • Add all ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend at high speed until creamy, use the tamper tool to stir.
