  • 60 g oatmeal
  • 200 ml vegetable milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp vegan protein blend chocolate
  • 1 tbsp vegan protein blend chocolate
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp coconut grater
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 50 g coconut yogurt
  • extra chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • salt
  • grated coconut
  • raspberries

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Put the oatmeal in a blender with the plant-based milk, protein powder, cocoa powder, banana, grated coconut, chia seeds, baking powder, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  • Blend this until smooth. Then stir 1 tbsp chocolate chips through the batter.
  • Use an oven dish and add half of the batter to it. Now add the coconut yogurt and then pour the rest of the batter over it. Divide the other tbsp chocolate chips over the top.
  • Place the dish in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  • Make with some toppings and enjoy!
