Zucchini Cake

- 900 g zucchinis
- 2 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 6 g baking powder
- 50 g olive oil
- some fresh mint leaves
- 2 cup raw, fresh or frozen peas
- 1 tsp salt (6 g)
- 1 tsp pepper (6g)
Instructions
Preparation
- Put the onions in the ThermoCook bowl and mix for 5 seconds at speed 5, then add the olive oil.
- Bake everything for 10 minutes at 120°, speed 1.
- Add the zucchini, water, baking powder, salt, and pepper, and cook it for 20 minutes at 100° Speed 1.
- Add the garlic and the mint leaves and mix for 45 seconds at a speed of 10.
- Pour everything into a cake mould and mix the peas into the mixture.
- Put in the fridge for 5 to 6 hours.
