  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 nob fresh ginger
  • 4 medicum carrots, chopped into 3 pieces each
  • 5 sprigs parsley
  • 100 g currents
  • 100 g shredded coconut
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin powde
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place garlic and ginger into TC ProM2.0 bowl and chop for 3 seconds, speed 7, scrape downsides.
  • Add carrots and parsley to the bowl and chop for 3 seconds, speed 5.
  • Add 100g currents, 100g shredded coconut, 20g olive oil, 1 tsp cumin powder, salt, and pepper to the TC ProM2.0 bowl and use reverse speed 3, 6 seconds.
  • Place into a serving dish and allow flavors to develop before serving.
