- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 eggs
- 400 ml buttermilk
- 525 g bread flour
- 1 tbsp lemon rind
- 250 g sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp baking soda
Add to the automatic fruit and nut dispenser:
- 80 g raisins

- Add liquid ingredients to the bread pan.
- Sift dry ingredients together and add to the bread pan. Wipe spills from the outside of the bread pan. Insert the bread pan into the baking chamber.
- Press SELECT to access YEAST FREE setting.
- Press START | PAUSE to commence operation.
- .With the machine running, use a plastic spatula to scrape the mixture from the sides, corners, and base of the bread pan. After the ingredients have mixed together well, close the lid and leave the bread machine to complete the program.
- At the end of the setting, press STOP.
- Remove bread from the bread machine and bread pan. Cool bread on a rack.
