Watermelon & Honeydew Sorbet is best served chilled in a glass and has a distinct flavor that is sweet, sour, and refreshing. The texture of the watermelon complements that of the honeydew, giving the fruit puree a delish taste.

Watermelon & Honeydew Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 4 cup frozen watermelon
  • 4 cup frozen honeydew, seeded and pre cut.

Preparation

  1. Thaw frozen fruit for at least 20 minutes before proceeding.
  2. Make each sorbet separately by feeding the frozen fruit through the juicer chute and
    using the blank plate strainer attachment.
  3. Stir each sorbet and place one scoop of each sorbet in a dish and garnish with small
    cubes of fresh watermelon and honeydew melon.
