- 4 cup frozen watermelon
- 4 cup frozen honeydew, seeded and pre cut.

Preparation
- Thaw frozen fruit for at least 20 minutes before proceeding.
- Make each sorbet separately by feeding the frozen fruit through the juicer chute and using the blank plate strainer attachment.
- Stir each sorbet and place one scoop of each sorbet in a dish and garnish with small cubes of fresh watermelon and honeydew melon.
