Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 250 g potatoes
  • 150 g white part of the leek
  • 50 g celery stick
  • 150 g bacon
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Peel the onions, garlic cloves, and potatoes, then cut them into pieces. Wash the white parts of the leek and the celery, then cut them into pieces.
  2. Peel the carrots and turnips, then cut them into cubes. Cut the bacon and also remove some of the fat.
  3. Add olive oil into the blending bowl of the ThermoCook Pro M.
  4. Add the onion, garlic, bacon, and celery. Let it cook at 120°C for 5 minutes.
  5. Add water, potatoes, turnips, carrots, and leeks, then salt lightly. Let it cook for 45 minutes at 100°C.
