Vegan Savoury Protein Packed Slice

- 220 g extra firm tofu
- soaked, drained mung beans
- 150 ml water
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp mixed herbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- cooked greens
- 100 g sun dried tomatoes
- 50 g polenta
- pepper
Instructions
Preparation
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Mixed in vegetables and polenta.
- Transfer to a square tin and bake at 180deg for 25mins until firm in the centre.
- Allow to cool then enjoy!
