Vegan Savoury Protein Packed Slice

  • 220 g extra firm tofu
  • soaked, drained mung beans
  • 150 ml water
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • cooked greens
  • 100 g sun dried tomatoes
  • 50 g polenta
  • pepper



  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Mixed in vegetables and polenta.
  • Transfer to a square tin and bake at 180deg for 25mins until firm in the centre.
  • Allow to cool then enjoy!
