
Vegan Mango Passionfruit Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
Ingredients for the acai hears
- 1 sachet frozen Acai purée
- 1 banana, sliced & frozen
- 1 cup frozen berries- strawberry, blueberry, raspberry
- 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
Ingredients for the smoothie
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 banana, sliced & frozen
- 2 tbsp vanilla yoghurt
- 1/2 passionfruit
- 1 tbsp coconut shreds
Instructions
Preparation
- To make acai hearts blend ingredients and spoon into heart moulds, freeze.
- To make a smoothie blend the mango, yoghurt, and passionfruit until smooth.
- Spoon into a wide flat shallow bowl, sprinkle with coconut & arrange the fruit. Use a spoon to place the Acai hearts!
