Vegan Chocolate Nicecream

- 4 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1-2 tbsp cacao
- 1 splash plant based milk

- Peel the bananas and slice them into small pieces. Place the banana pieces in a zip-lock bag and freeze them for at least 2 hours or until frozen.
- Once the bananas are frozen, take them out of the freezer and let them thaw for 5-10 minutes to soften slightly.
- Add the frozen banana slices, peanut butter, cacao, and a small amount of plant-based milk to your blender.
- Blend the ingredients until they are smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender with a spatula if necessary. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk to help the blender.
- Once the mixture has a smooth ice cream-like texture, transfer it to a bowl.
- Add the toppings of your choice, such as peanuts and blueberries.
