Vegan Chocolate Nicecream

  • 4 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1-2 tbsp cacao
  • 1 splash plant based milk

Preparation

  • Peel the bananas and slice them into small pieces. Place the banana pieces in a zip-lock bag and freeze them for at least 2 hours or until frozen.
  • Once the bananas are frozen, take them out of the freezer and let them thaw for 5-10 minutes to soften slightly.
  • Add the frozen banana slices, peanut butter, cacao, and a small amount of plant-based milk to your blender.
  • Blend the ingredients until they are smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender with a spatula if necessary. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk to help the blender.
  • Once the mixture has a smooth ice cream-like texture, transfer it to a bowl.
  • Add the toppings of your choice, such as peanuts and blueberries.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious vegan chocolate nicecream! Bon appétit!
