Vegan Breakfast Tiramisu Chia Seeds Mousse

Ingredients

  • 50 g chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 dates
  • 250 ml vegetable milk
  • 1 espresso
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 100 g plant-based yogurt
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients for the mousse in a blender: the chia seed, cocoa, dates, milk, espresso, almond extract, maple syrup, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Blend this until smooth.
  2. Divide the mousse over 2 glasses and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Finish in the morning with some vegetable yogurt or quark, cocoa powder, almond shavings and raspberries.
  4. Enjoy!
