Vegan Breakfast Tiramisu Chia Seeds Mousse

- 50 g chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 2 dates
- 250 ml vegetable milk
- 1 espresso
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 100 g plant-based yogurt
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients for the mousse in a blender: the chia seed, cocoa, dates, milk, espresso, almond extract, maple syrup, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Blend this until smooth.
- Divide the mousse over 2 glasses and refrigerate overnight.
- Finish in the morning with some vegetable yogurt or quark, cocoa powder, almond shavings and raspberries.
