Vegan 3-ingredient Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 300 g silken tofu
  • 180 g dark chocolate
  • 100 ml almond milk
  • agave syrup and nuts for decoration

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave and wait for it to cool a bit, meanwhile, put the tofu and plant milk in the blender.
  2. When the chocolate is warm, add the melted chocolate to the blender and blend for a few minutes.
  3. Transfer the mousse to your favourite container and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours.
  4. If the chocolate is too bitter add agave syrup or another sweetener to taste.
    Decorate them as desired with fresh or dried fruit.

  5. Enjoy!
