Vegan 3-ingredient Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 300 g silken tofu
- 180 g dark chocolate
- 100 ml almond milk
- agave syrup and nuts for decoration
Preparation
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave and wait for it to cool a bit, meanwhile, put the tofu and plant milk in the blender.
- When the chocolate is warm, add the melted chocolate to the blender and blend for a few minutes.
- Transfer the mousse to your favourite container and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours.
- If the chocolate is too bitter add agave syrup or another sweetener to taste.
Decorate them as desired with fresh or dried fruit. - Enjoy!
