Turn Rice Into a Soft Gluten-Free Loaf

- 360 g raw white rice (basmati or jasmine)
- 240 g water
- 45 g olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 25 g brown sugar
- 7 g dry yeast

- To make delicious bread, start by soaking the rice for at least three hours to soften it.
- Once the rice is ready, strain it and add it to a blender along with the other ingredients and the dry yeast. Blend everything together for 1-2 minutes until you have a smooth mixture.
- Next, pour the mixture into a mould and cover it. Leave the mixture to rise until it doubles in size. This will usually take a few hours depending on the temperature and humidity.
- When the mixture has risen, it's time to bake the bread. Preheat your oven to 190 degrees Celsius and bake the bread for about 40 minutes or until it's golden brown on top.
- Once it's done, take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
