Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup high protein yoghurt
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2.5 tbsp protein powder

Preparation

  1. Start by gathering all the ingredients needed for the recipe.
  2. Measure out 1 cup of frozen mango and place it in a blender.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of high-protein yoghurt to the blender.
  4. Next, add 1 heaped cup of spinach to the blender.
  5. Pour in 3/4 cup of water to the blender.
  6. Finally, add 2.5 tbsp of protein powder to the blender.
  7. Blend all the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  8. If the smoothie is too thick, add more water until it reaches your desired consistency.
  9. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
