- 1.5 cup pineapples
- 1 banana
- 1 small handful fresh basil
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- vanilla protein & tropical powder (optional)
- collagen (optional)
Toppings:
- blueberry protein bar
- cherries, strawberries & soft-baked pineapples

Preparation
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- I didn’t add any liquid because the fresh pineapples have enough juices to blend (add coconut water to thin if desired)
- Add toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
