  • 1.5 cup pineapples
  • 1 banana
  • 1 small handful fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • vanilla protein & tropical powder (optional)
  • collagen (optional)

Toppings:

  • blueberry protein bar
  • cherries, strawberries & soft-baked pineapples

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • I didn’t add any liquid because the fresh pineapples have enough juices to blend (add coconut water to thin if desired)
  • Add toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
