  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 500 g bread flour
  • 1/2 tsp bread improver (optional)
  • 1 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

Ingredients 1kg

  • 375 ml water
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 650 g bread flour
  • 3/4 tsp bread improver (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Ensure the collapsible kneading blade is in the upright position before adding ingredients.
  • Insert the bread pan into position in the baking chamber and close the lid.
  • Press SELECT to access the setting as listed in the following recipes.
  • Press LOAF SIZE to select 1.25kg, 1kg, 0.75kg or 0.5kg if required.
  • Press CRUST to select DARK, MEDIUM, LIGHT, or RAPID if required.
  • Press START | PAUSE to commence operation.
  • At the end of the setting, press STOP.
  • Remove bread from the bread machine and bread pan. Cool bread on a rack.
