Tomato Soup in Just 5 Minutes

Ingredients

  • tomatoes
  • carrot
  • onion
  • garlic
  • herbs
  • olive oil
  • pesto

Preparation

  1. Roast the vegetables for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
  2. Let them cool.
  3. Add roasted vegetables into a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Add pesto for more flavour.
  5. Enjoy!
