Tomato Basil Soup
Ingredients
Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes (ripe)
- 10-12 leaves of basil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preparation
- Cut the tomatoes into quarters and put them in your juicer with the basil, using the blank strainer attachment.
- Alternate tomatoes with the basil to create a consistent flavor.
- In a few seconds, you will have a thick soup smelling of fresh-cut basil that can be enjoyed hot or cold, season with salt and pepper as desired. Just heat gently on the stove if desired hot. If you want a thicker soup, just add the pulp back into the soup for a thick and chunky tomato soup.
