Tigernut iced milk – Spanish Horchata

Ingredients

  • 100 g tiger nuts
  • 1 l water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • salt
  • ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Soak the tiger nuts in water for 24 hours, then strain the tiger nuts.
  2. Mix tiger nuts together with water, honey and salt for about 3 minutes.
  3. Strain the nut milk through a nut bag.
  4. Mix ice cubes together with the nut milk until the desired consistency is achieved.
  5. Enjoy!
