  • 100 g tiger nuts
  • 1 l water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • salt
  • ice cubes

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Soak the tiger nuts in water for 24 hours, then strain the tiger nuts.
  • Mix tiger nuts together with water, honey and salt for about 3 minutes.
  • Strain the nut milk through a nut bag.
  • Mix ice cubes together with the nut milk until the desired consistency is achieved.
  • Enjoy!
