Tigernut iced milk - Spanish Horchata

- 100 g tiger nuts
- 1 l water
- 1 tbsp honey
- salt
- ice cubes
Instructions
Preparation
- Soak the tiger nuts in water for 24 hours, then strain the tiger nuts.
- Mix tiger nuts together with water, honey and salt for about 3 minutes.
- Strain the nut milk through a nut bag.
- Mix ice cubes together with the nut milk until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Enjoy!
