Ingredients

  • 350 g chickpeas
  • aquafaba (the liquid from the chickpeas)
  • 4 tbsp white tahini sesame paste
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • juice of one lime
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
