Ingredients
  

Protein balls Ingredients

  • 125 g rolled oats
  • 200 g cooked sweet potato, mashed
  • 125 g nut butter
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar or honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp skimmed milk powder or vanilla protein powder
  • pinch of grated fresh ginger

To Finish

  • coconut, milled linseeds, cocoa, sesame seeds, chopped nuts, etc., whatever you have or prefer for rolling

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Blitz all the ingredients in your Optimum high-speed blender until combined.
  • Roll into teaspoon-sized balls, then roll in the coconut, cocoa, etc., and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
