Ingredients

- 125 g rolled oats
- 200 g cooked sweet potato, mashed
- 125 g nut butter
- 1 tbsp agave nectar or honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp skimmed milk powder or vanilla protein powder
- pinch of grated fresh ginger
To Finish
- coconut, milled linseeds, cocoa, sesame seeds, chopped nuts, etc., whatever you have or prefer for rolling

Preparation
- Blitz all the ingredients in your Optimum high-speed blender until combined.
- Roll into teaspoon-sized balls, then roll in the coconut, cocoa, etc., and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
