Superfoods Magnums Bars

- 1.25 cup coconut cream (divided for each colour)
- 1 tbsp superfood colouring for each colour
- 3 tbsp jam of choice for each colour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein (optional)
Coating
- dark & milk chocolate
- roasted crunchy snacks (almond cashew & sesame cashews)
Instructions
Preparation
- Add ingredients into a blender jug and blend until smooth.
- Coat bars with chocolate and crushed nuts.
- Store in the fridge. Enjoy!
