  • 1.25 cup coconut cream (divided for each colour)
  • 1 tbsp superfood colouring for each colour
  • 3 tbsp jam of choice for each colour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein (optional)

Coating

  • dark & milk chocolate
  • roasted crunchy snacks (almond cashew & sesame cashews)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add ingredients into a blender jug and blend until smooth.
  • Coat bars with chocolate and crushed nuts.
  • Store in the fridge. Enjoy!
