Super Pink Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen red dragonfruit, cubed
  • 1 cup frozen sliced banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp pitaya powder
  • coconut water

Toppings

  • gluten free seed & nut chocolate granola
  • strawberries
  • cocoa nibs
  • dried strawberries
  • glazed Buderim ginger
  • flaked almonds
  • fresh almond butter
  • raspberries
  • passionfruit
  • chocolate coated raspberries
  • pomegranate seeds
  • pistachio nuts
  • cinnamon roasted crunch almonds

Preparation

  1. In a blender, place the fruit, pitaya powder and a little coconut water and blend until smooth. Add 1 tsp at a time of the coconut water.
  2. Enjoy!
