
Strawberry Dragon Fruit Smoothie

- 1 pack frozen pitaya
- 1 frozen banana
- 50 g frozen strawberries
- 50 ml plant-based milk

- If using a fresh pink pitaya, cut it into small pieces and remove the skin. If using frozen pitaya, let it thaw for a few minutes before using.
- Add the frozen banana, frozen strawberries, and pitaya to a blender.
- Pour in 50 ml (or approximately 1/4 cup) of plant-based milk. You can use any type of plant-based milk, such as almond milk, soy milk, or coconut milk.
- Blend all of the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If necessary, add more milk to achieve the desired consistency.
- Once the mixture is well-blended and has reached your desired consistency, pour the smoothie into a glass or jar.
- If desired, garnish the smoothie with toppings such as granola, chia seeds, edible flowers, or other fruits.
