Strawberry Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 pack frozen pitaya
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 50 g frozen strawberries
  • 50 ml plant-based milk

Preparation

  1. If using a fresh pink pitaya, cut it into small pieces and remove the skin. If using frozen pitaya, let it thaw for a few minutes before using.
  2. Add the frozen banana, frozen strawberries, and pitaya to a blender.
  3. Pour in 50 ml (or approximately 1/4 cup) of plant-based milk. You can use any type of plant-based milk, such as almond milk, soy milk, or coconut milk.
  4. Blend all of the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If necessary, add more milk to achieve the desired consistency.
  5. Once the mixture is well-blended and has reached your desired consistency, pour the smoothie into a glass or jar.
  6. If desired, garnish the smoothie with toppings such as granola, chia seeds, edible flowers, or other fruits.
  7. Serve your Strawberry Dragon Fruit Smoothie and enjoy!
