  • 600 g vegetable selection: brussel sprouts, cauliflower, leeks, sweet potato
  • 500 g water

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place your vegetables of choice either in the small steaming basket or the large steaming dish and tray, hard vegetables on the bottom, softer vegetables on the top.
  • Pour 500g of water into the TC ProM2.0 bowl, secure the lid without the measuring cup if using the large steamer set. Set steamer set in place with the lid on. Set temperature to 120C, 15 minutes, speed 2.
  • Check vegetables, may require further 5 minutes of cooking.
  • Serve with the main dish of choice.
  • Tips: Sweet potatoes may require longer cooking time depending on quantity and size.
