  • 600 g vegetables of choice
  • 500 g water

Preaparation

  • Place your vegetables of choice either in the small steaming basket or the large steamer dish and tray, hard vegetables on the bottom, softer vegetables on the top.
  • Pour 500g of water into the TC ProM2.0 bowl, secure the lid without the measuring cup if using the large steamer. Place steamer set in place with the lid on. Set temperature to 120C, 6 minutes, speed 2.
  • Check vegetables, may require further 5 minutes of cooking.
  • Serve with the main dish of choice.
  • Use any of the following vegetables: green beans, broccoli, capsicum, asparagus, and mushrooms.
