Spooky Halloween Pumpkin Pie

- pie dough
- 500 g pumpkin
- 60 g olive oil
- salt, pepper
Instructions
Preparation
- Chop up the pumpkin into small pieces, and add olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast them in the oven until soft and cooked.
- Place cooled pumpkin in your blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
- Fill your pie, place the dough on top and back to the oven until crisp.
- Serve hot or cold!
