Spooky Fingers Muffins

- 125 g diced ham
- 100 g grated cheese
- 1 zucchini, grated
- 300 g self raising flour
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 220 g milk
- 125 g creamed corn
Instructions
Preparation
- Place ham in your ThermoCook bowl. Chop for 8 seconds, speed 4.
- Add the cheese, zucchini, flour, caster sugar, egg, milk and creamed corn. Mix for 25 seconds, reverse speed 3.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix again for 20 seconds on reverse speed 3. Spoon into greased tin.
- Bake for 15-20 mins until golden brown and firm to the touch. Allow cooling in tins for 10 mins before serving.
