  • 125 g diced ham
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • 1 zucchini, grated
  • 300 g self raising flour
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 220 g milk
  • 125 g creamed corn

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place ham in your ThermoCook bowl. Chop for 8 seconds, speed 4.
  • Add the cheese, zucchini, flour, caster sugar, egg, milk and creamed corn. Mix for 25 seconds, reverse speed 3.
  • Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix again for 20 seconds on reverse speed 3. Spoon into greased tin.
  • Bake for 15-20 mins until golden brown and firm to the touch. Allow cooling in tins for 10 mins before serving.
