Spinach & Gorgonzola Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 shortcrust pastry
  • 300 g spinach
  • 100 g gorgonzola
  • 150 ml thickened cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 g butter
  • white pepper
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°, spread the pastry in a pie mold, and prick it with a fork. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Now put eggs, cream, and the crumbled gorgonzola into the ThermoCook bowl and blend for 30 seconds at speed 4.
  3. Add the spinach, melted butter, salt, and white pepper and let it cook at a speed 1, 60°C for 5 minutes.
  4. After that mix at speed 8 for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour the mix into the pie mold and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
