- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 300 g spinach
- 100 g gorgonzola
- 150 ml thickened cream
- 2 eggs
- 20 g butter
- white pepper
- salt

- Preheat the oven to 180°, spread the pastry in a pie mold, and prick it with a fork. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Now put eggs, cream, and the crumbled gorgonzola into the ThermoCook bowl and blend for 30 seconds at speed 4.
- Add the spinach, melted butter, salt, and white pepper and let it cook at a speed 1, 60°C for 5 minutes.
- After that mix at speed 8 for 30 seconds.
- Pour the mix into the pie mold and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
