  • 1 shortcrust pastry
  • 300 g spinach
  • 100 g gorgonzola
  • 150 ml thickened cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 g butter
  • white pepper
  • salt

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°, spread the pastry in a pie mold, and prick it with a fork. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Now put eggs, cream, and the crumbled gorgonzola into the ThermoCook bowl and blend for 30 seconds at speed 4.
  • Add the spinach, melted butter, salt, and white pepper and let it cook at a speed 1, 60°C for 5 minutes.
  • After that mix at speed 8 for 30 seconds.
  • Pour the mix into the pie mold and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
