The Spanish salad is spectacular in taste and has a variety of ingredients. It’s also quick, easy to make, and worth the time spent on it because you can have a healthy meal with few ingredients that will abandon any cravings for more greasy foods.

- 250 g mixed vegetables
- 2 eggs
- 1 handful olives to garnish
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 80 g spanish onion
- 400 g potatoes, cut in small chunks
- 150 g can tuna in olive oil
- 30 g olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 10 g white vinegar
- 600 g water

Preparation
- Place 600g water into TC ProM2.0 bowl, place 2 eggs into the small steaming basket, and place inside the bowl. Add 250g mixed vegetables to the steamer tray and 400g potatoes to the steamer dish and set in place. Set temperature to 120C, 30 minutes, speed 3. Once cooked, set aside.
- Peel the eggs and place them with the onion (quartered) into the mixing bowl and chop for 2 seconds, speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl.
- Add mixed vegetables, 100g mayonnaise, 150g can tuna, 30g olive oil, 1 tsp salt, and 10g white vinegar into a mixing bowl. Mix for 1 minute on reverse speed 1.
- Place into a serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let it cool down and place it in the refrigerator for a few hours. Serve cold decorated with olives.
- Tuna can be substituted with shredded chicken or ham or omitted to be vegetarian.
